Hydro Whey Zero with 80% protein is a combined whey protein drink powder. In addition to the hydrolyzed whey protein and whey isolate sources, the protein composition consists of added L-glutamine and L-arginine amino acids. The breakdown of hydrolyzed whey protein is easier and faster for our body thanks to the hydrolyzation (pre-digestion process)! The glutamine and arginine amino acids added to the whey protein complex are nutrients produced by our body, but they still belong to the category of conditionally essential amino acids. So, under certain circumstances (e.g.: exhausting training) their replacement is justified!

HOW IS WHEY PROTEIN HYDROLYZATE PREPARED?

Hydrolyzed whey protein (WPH) is a predigested and partially hydrolyzed protein powder. During hydrolyzation, the protein chains are broken down into peptides with the help of special enzymes, as a result of which the time required for the digestion and absorption of the given formula is shortened.

Suggested use:

Mix 1 serving (22 g = 1 leveled scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder in 250 ml of water. We recommend using a mixing bottle when mixing! On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
